My path hasn't exactly been linear... I have been a touring musician, a pastor, an agency owner and odd jobs in between. I've always been an entrepreneur at heart, and at 21 years old I dropped out of art school to start a design studio. I would go on to spend the next 20 years working at the intersectionality of creativity and spirituality.
I've often been driven by bringing forth work that inspires me and I'm passionate about helping others embrace the fullness of who they are, because who you are and what you have to offer the world is a gift!
My work is often centered around storytelling and identity, because I deeply know what it's like to wrestle with a sense of self. Many times I've lost my sense of identity to job titles and I've gone through seasons of immense struggle (faith shifts, chronic illness, coming out) that left me searching for my true self.
I now know that identity is something much deeper than titles, roles and accomplishments. It's in these seasons of life where I was forced to pause and take an inventory of my life, asking the words of author and activist, Parker Palmer:And this is the very question I ask my clients. If you're looking for an improvement in KPI's and metrics or a surface level rebrand, I'm probably not the coach or consultant for you. But if you'd like to get to the heart of your work as an individual or a business and lean into alignment and authenticity (which will lead to better metrics naturally), then I can't wait to begin this journey together.
